snap run from cli tab completion broken

Bug Description

Tab completion for `snap install` and `snap remove` works just fine but does not work with `snap run`.

So for example, if you have gnome-clocks installed, `snap run gnome-clo<Tab><Tab>` should fill out gnome-clocks but it does not.

Thank you for the report! I agree this should be fixed. Because of its severity and complexity I've added it to the list of things that a newcomer to the project might find simple enough to tackle.
