Bug Description
Make the etcd charm support etcd version 3.3.x, and test with Charmed Kubernetes.
We have an etcd 3.3/edge snap already built. Basic operations with Charmed Kubernetes appear to be fine. Some actions are failing, apparently due to the change in the EKSCTL_* env vars that happened in 3.3 (see https:/
The work to make the etcd charm capable of successfully upgrading from 3.2.x to 3.3.x will be completed under a separate bug, namely https:/
