Issue with Display of Multiple Circulation Modifiers When Batch Editing

When batch updating items that have different circulation modifiers in the Item Editor the existing values don't display. If you click on the Multiple values button below Circulation Modifier it displays "No (10)" (10 being the number of items being edited).

If you click the buttons for Multiple statuses or Multiple locations a list breaking down the existing statuses or shelving locations displays. Circulation modifiers should display in the same way.

Marking confirmed. I am also seeing this on a 3.3.3 test server. To be clear, there is no circulation modifier named "No" :)

On a 3.2.8 server the circ modifier field works properly, showing the breakdown of circ modifiers and associated counts for the items in the batch.

Test this fix from item status, current catalogue, and experimental catalogue and works as expected in all places.
