Bug Description

Permanent failure due to package being gone:

http://mirror.centos.org/centos-7/7/extras/x86_64/Packages/centos-release-qemu-ev-1.0-3.el7.centos.noarch.rpm

Found by inspecting periodic jobs.

We should probably just install/configure the CentOS extras repo and handle OL like CentOS.

Realized that, while we don't build and publish images for OL ourselves, we still have it broken for users wishing to use OL (as "support" is there).
