Bug Description
On Mac OS X the green button to maximize the window or to restore its old dimensions does not work:
* In the whiteboard the button is there but does not work
* Both the roster window, the chat window, and all inbox related windows can't be maximized as the green buton is disabled

Seems to be fixed with switch to Tcl/Tk 8.5
