ibus-ui-gtk3 crashed with SIGSEGV in ibus_bus_get_engines_by_names()

I was adding a new user in system settings in the liveusb version of Ubuntu 19.10 alpha when the error message appeared bellow the other windows. I didn't notice anything crashing, AFAICR
