Bug Description

On the https://help.ubuntu.com/index.html page, can we add a note that says:

For the upcoming Ubuntu LTS release in 2020, the server documentation is moving to a new site. The new site The source of the guide is located at: https://discourse.ubuntu.com/c/server/guide The new site will automatically update when changes are made to those pages.

@Josh: Even though your original e-mail to the doc team clearly stated it, for awhile I did not understand the the actual compiled HTML site does not exist yet. The note we want to add to the main landing page should only include that link, once it exists. It is not the place to put a link to the source code.

I am reverting my in progress work on this, until we know the site location, and because I want to update help.ubuntu.com for another reason. If the site location ends up as help.ubuntu.com/20.04/index.html then this bug report isn't needed at all.
