Bug Description
python-mocker has been removed from Debian unstable because it is a python2-only module with no python3 support. ubuntu-

The new version of python-oauthlib (3.1.0-1) is also stuck in migration because it doesn't provide the python2 binary package anymore, and the binary package python- ubuntu- kylin-sso- client cannot be installed with this new version (it runtime depends on python2 binary).
