Bug Description

Horizon is moving into experimental Django 2.2 support for Train
and full support in Ussuri.

Running under 2.2, the "Add Port" modal in Firewall Groups
fails to open with a generic error.

    Fixes Django 2.2 for TableSelectWidget

    Changes the signature of the custom TableSelectWidget to be compatible
    with Django 2.2.
