Bug Description

Hello, we are the largest Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64 bit linux user community from Bangladesh. Also we use Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Linux for training. it has been a while we have seen ubuntu takes too much times to start. will you please investigate this issue.
