Footprint editor: pad properties dialog too tall

In master branch, the pad properties dialog is quite tall: in a 1920x1080 screen is partially outside the screen (since a small bar on top is used by the O.S.).

Grouping the fields with X and Y as parameters could be solution, like having:

Position: X: [_______] Y: [_______] mm
Size: X: [_______] Y: [_______] mm
...
Shape offset: X:[_______] Y: [_______] mm

Corner: Size:[_____]% Radius:[_______]mm
...

chamfered corner: Top left [] [] Top Right
                     Bottom left [] [] Bottom right
