[ModEdit] Footprint Editor crash when cut

Bug Description

Footprint Editor crash when cut.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Footprint Editor,and open a footprint;
2. Select something,and cut (Ctrl + x, or from menu);
3. select a reference point for copy , Click mouse left button -> crash

Doesn't reproduce for me on macOS.

I confirmed this with 5.1.4 but I believe it has already been fixed in the 5.1 branch because I cannot duplicate it there. Would you please install the latest 5.1 build from https://kicad-downloads.s3.cern.ch/index.html?prefix=windows/testing/5.1/ and see if the problem has been resolved. This will be released in the upcoming 5.1.5 stable release.

Doesn't reproduce in Version: (5.1.4-77-gcec885daf)-1, release build. I believe it has already been fixed.
