Bug Description

After https://review.opendev.org/#/c/679299/ is merged, scenario007-multinode fails because it's configured to run with podman, but needs docker. Pacemaker doesn't work with podman.

Should be solved by:
Remove forcing docker as container_cli - https://review.opendev.org/#/c/680969/
Run fs030 job with docker - https://review.opendev.org/#/c/680975/
