Bug Description

at random times, the computer just goes read only and if I go to command line screen (by trying to reset the computer or trying to exit the desktop) this is what I get:

unfortunatelly I cannot actually save any of the report to text so its not possible to paste, but a picture is worth about 732 words.

the dmesg output is included as attached file.

Here are a few lines of the text as the computer goes to CLI in read only mode... All typed, so I could have a typo or three in there:

These lines sort of repeat about 10 times with different reference numbers. Inode related mesages are repeated in different order in sets of 10

I think the SSD report looks clean. I'm thinking that maybe there is a way to store whatever happened and then go to read only?? maybe that way I can get a glimpse of what may be going on. I read about a similiar issue with Samsung drives, but none of the software there actually applies to patriot drives.
