Bug Description

18.04 LTS still uses v1.0.46 version of pure-ftpd. This version is incompatible with recent versions of the popular FileZilla client due to TLS 1.3 handling issues in pure-ftpd when connection using secure FTPES.
18.04 LTS pure-ftpd is thus broken for any clients using up-to-date versions of this popular FTP client, which is critical for an LTS release !
19.04 already uses v1.0.47 version of pure-ftpd; however, it is not an LTS release.
Please quickly update pure-ftpd package to v1.0.47-3 or better !!!
