Bug Description

Changing the description of a footprint of a project local library makes the corresponding entry in the tabular view show the new description when selected and the old when not.

Never having edited parts in global libraries, I don't know if this is local library specific.
However, I observe that the description column generally doesn't show for all but the opened part in all global libraries.
