Constrain outline for zone still allows non-constrained outline

Constraining zone outline to n*45 degrees allows some weird things. Outline can be something else than n*45 degrees. Video attached.

Moving to 6.0 since it was decided [1] that for 5.1 the constraints will not be used for editing the zone, only for creation.
