Bug Description

For Juju to use the automatic storage class created by cdk-addons for AWS, it needs the volumeBindingMode to be set to WaitForFirstConsumer. This ensures that the volumes created for k8s charms don't all end up on a single node and are instead properly spread across the available AZs.
