Bug Description

Masakari needs python-masakariclient (and python3-masakariclient?) in order for configuration to be possible. Can this be packaged for UCA?

The openstackclients snap provides masakariclient, which is an acceptable distribution medium for most users. However, we should continue to get the python client packaging into Ubuntu and into the cloud archive.

python3-masakariclient is now available as of ubuntu groovy:

$ rmadison python3-masakariclient
 python3-masakariclient | 6.0.0-0ubuntu1 | groovy/universe | all
