Duplicate and move a circle changes its radius

Steps:
1) Draw a 10mm circle on Edge.Cuts in pcbnew
2) Select and Duplicate the circle
3) Press Ctrl-M to move exact (before placing)
4) Enter values for X

After moving, the circle is no longer 10mm
