"Booting and accessing an instance" documentation section is missing the key pair

I've just faced it when experimenting with MicroStack. The following command from https://opendev.org/x/microstack#booting-and-accessing-an-instance section:

microstack.openstack server create --flavor m1.small --nic net-id=test --image cirros my-microstack-server

is missing a "--key-name" parameter. Otherwise you can not log in to the instance later on. I'd suggest to either add a step to create an instance or make the "microstack" key pair creation process part of the MicroStack installation / initialization.

That section definitely needs updating! (The Quickstart section has gotten a lot more care and love -- if you follow it, you'll wind up generating a key.)

    Fix up ssh key and improve wording

    We will probably defer to the documentation once it's
    ready and keep a more streamlined storefront here.
