Missing regions in Azure

It appears juju 2.6.6 is missing knowledge of a number of regions in Azure, specifically:

australiacentral
australiacentral2
francecentral
francesouth
germanynorth
germanywestcentral
southafricanorth
southafricawest
uaecentral
uaenorth

I got the current Azure region list via:

az account list-locations --query "[].{Name:name}" -o table | sort -u

francecentral, francesouth, southafricanorth, southafricawest were added 2 weeks ago and are available in juju 2.6.7 and by updating the local cloud yaml file via "juju update-clouds"

germanynorth, germanywestcentral, australiacentral, australiacentral2, uaecentral, uaenorth need to be added.

Since some of these regions are missing in 2.7 too, I am re-targeting this report. We are not likely to add these regions in 2.6 releases.
