Bug Description

This error persists for me even after a fresh install.

Here's the paste of `dmesg`: https://pastebin.com/tDY81kz3

/version.log: Ubuntu 5.0.0-25.26-generic 5.0.18

I tried to do `sudo lspci -vnvn > lspci-vnvn.log`, but it tells me "pcilib: sysfs_read_vpd: read failed: Input/output error"

The reason this is such a big thing to me, is that it renders my tty's useless, because when I am in one, the error just keeps being outputted into the tty, over and over and over. It also has frozen my system when I try to view them in Gnome Logs, as there are so many of them.

As of 52 mins of `uptime` I have 491 of them logged in Gnome logs. That seems like an issue...

Here are my system specs:
Dell Optiplex 3010
Intel core i7 2600
XFX radeon R5 220
240gb Crucial BX500 ssd
8gb of memory

If there is any other information that I can provide, please let me know

According to LP: #1781016 it can be related to apcupsd.

I just did a fresh install of Vanilla 19.04, so it's not happening just yet. I'm going to install my usual and replicate it, and then do the collect. Report back soon.

Also, I don't have an apcups, and when I tried to search for the daemon prior to the fresh install, it wasn't there.

I tried to use the `apport-collect`, but it ran and I gave access, and the it showed an error in screen that said that I wasnt the author or the post was a duplicate and asked me to do `apport-bug`. I'll try again

Ok, it went through this time, but in the end it said that it couldnt find an app related to "Linux". But I sent it to the developers. I'll update the description now.

Whoa, I didn't expect it to do that. I just came back to inform whoever may be interested, that the problem is solved when I remove the official Arduino IDE. after uninstalling ONLY that and rebooting, the errors do not appear again. I installed it by downloading the official zip file for 1.8.9, and then extracting it to my `/home` folder, and then running the install.sh file that is provided in it

So another thought: The problem came back after rebooting, but I noticed that I had the "Arduino web plugin" installed still, and it had automatically started itself at boot. I uninstalled it and rebooted, and the problems went away again and haven't returned.
