hp laser jet pro m28w scan does not work - Plug-in Problem

I have the HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M28w printer with scanner.
I hap hplip-3.18.10 version and I stalled the plug-in but I get an error when I try to scan.

error during device I/O scaner

I attached the hp-logcapture and I paste the hp-doctor logout. I do not what to do and I really need to scan >.<

Hi Brian,

I already try with the newest version. The problem with that one is that I get an error when I try to install the plugin and at the end I cannot install it, that is the reason why I am using an older version.

Now I managed to install the plugin for the 3.19.6 version... but now I notice I can scan but just in Black and White via xsane or hp-scan. When I try to do it in color I get the error
