Phonelist not giving correct totals

I'm not sure if anyone is using the phonelist option or not within Evergreen.

I'm finding that the totals that it's showing don't seem to be related to the patron it's showing one bit. There will be occasions where the Patron is showing as 4 total holds, but yet the patron may only have 2 holds ever placed for them in the history of their account, so something is broken here.

The code seems to live in,

Open-ILS/src/perlmods/lib/OpenILS/WWW/PhoneList/Holds.pm

And how it pulls the totals seems pretty straightforward but these must be a disconnect somewhere.

I also am noticing apache will complain about too many redirects, even though it does give a file to download. Not consistent however.

Perhaps I can get someone else to also just do a quick test of this and see if they are getting the same results as me? This may just be a completely unused/forgotten portion of the system.
