Bug Description

SSL passthrough can only be set via command line option --enable-ssl-passthrough. This isn't avialable in the charm config and there is no way to specify it.

As a random aside, the configmap isn't correctly named. It either needs to change to nginx-configuration or the command line parameter needs to reflect the name of the configmap that is actually generated.
