DXF import "Items Not Handled" needs scroll

When importing a dxf file with many elements that are not handled, the exception dialog is too large. We should probably utilize a report log similar to the Update PCB from Schematic log to allow scrolling.

@Seth, do you have a sample dxf file that I can use to duplicate this? I'm guessing this also affects the 5.1 branch.
