Bug Description
OS: Linux Mint 19.2
Cinnamon Version: 4.2.3
Kernel 4.15.0-55
Processor: Intel Core i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz x 2
Memory: 3.8 GB
Hard disc 316.8 GB
Graphic card: Intel Corporation Haswell-ULT Integrated Graphics Controller.
Issue Description: When I start the notebook and put the password in login screen and tap enter the computer doesn't responds and freeze the screen, sometimes the OS pass the screen login, but freeze and you cannot control or click anything. After it, I tried to change the version of Kernel to 5.0.0-23 and worked fine again. Please check it! The Kernel version 4.15.0-55 has serious problems with Hard Disc control.
