Login page title is confusing to screen readers

Bug Description

The title on the login page does not accurately convey the purpose or topic of the page. It could lead screen reader users to assume that they have reached the home page when they are actually on the login page.

<title ng-cloak>{{pageTitle || "Home"}}</title>

A suggestion would just be to change "Home" to "Login" to solve this issue.
