eeschema ERC dialog too tall

In the development branch the ERC dialog is taller than the 1080 pixels of a 1920x1080 screen (my laptop screen), so it goes partially outside the screen.

The "options" tab grew in the development version and probably should be re-organized (may be making it "scrollable" or adding three tabs into the option for "label-to-label", "pin-to-pin" and "bus" connections?).

Tested on commit 5aa48e523dd46632564d3a118921f6c1f02abc2f

The released versions (Tested on 5.1.4) are not affected since they don't have the "Bus Connections" ERC options at the bottom of the dialog.
