Bug Description
I previously had Windows 10 on my protab laptop. After wiping the hard drive and installing Ubuntu 19.04 on the device, the touchpad ceases to respond at all. I am using an external mouse currently.

Thank you for your bug report. Could you add a 'journalctl -b 0' and 'sudo libinput- list-devices' logs to the bug?
