When deleting a Panel there should be a warning and the option to cancel.

Bug Description

It is quite easy to accidentally delete a Panel and when this Panel contains
several links it is a fairly lengthy process to set them all up again. A small
window giving a warning and the chamce to cancel or go ahead would be very useful.

how have you removed the panel? When removing a non-empty panel you should get a
confirmation dialog (that works fine here).

As far as I remember I rt clicked on the panel and then pressed delete.
