Bug Description
Bug 1697754 fixed the problem where the dropdown box for the number of receipts was being ignored. However, it is not sticky. Staff must change it for every patron if they want more than one receipt. Can this be sticky?

Marking Confirmed. The number of "# Items" to print on the patron Bills screen needs to be a workstation setting.
