Bug Description

Apparently, jdk packages later than 8 no longer include tools.jar which is required to build for Android.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

Unfortunately this is not a valid bug report. OpenJDK project has removed tools.jar - and some others - since OpenJDK 9. Any projects that relied on the removed jar files need to comply to the changes in order to work with OpenJDK 9 and later.

I'm setting this as Invalid since it is not a bug on OpenJDK (much less openjdk-8).
