[19.04] minuet fails to start with "QQmlApplicationEngine failed to load component" error, please recompile

What I expected to happen:
minuet program starts

What happened instead:
minuet fails to start

Error:
$ minuet

qrc:/Main.qml:-1 File was compiled ahead of time with an incompatible version of Qt and the original file cannot be found. Please recompile

I've rebuilt from the repo-provided deb-src package, and confirmed that it does now work as expected
