It is NOT Kumbumtum it is UBUNTU 14.04 FRESHLY INSTALLED from Offical DVD Disak which REUSSES TO PACKAGE LOARDER "telegraph" missing WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN SO OFTEN?????

I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.
