Templates rename library files

When using a template for a new project, all files that share the same prefix in the template directory are renamed to the new project name.

This works except for project-specific libraries. These should not be renamed unless the library table reference is also updated.

To show this behavior, make a new project using the Raspberry PI Hat template. Name the new project "TestingProject". Then open Eeschema.
