Long names keep having ...-dots, even when the layers manager panel is wide enough in the gerber viewer

In the layer-manager-panel (on the right of the screen) in the Gerber-viewer, long names keep showing up with the dots(blabl...lablablabla), even when the layer-manager-panel is made very wide. That way, the full name is never readable. When hovering over the abbreviated name, no hint with the full name is shown either (which is often used as alternative solution).

I have attached a screenshot to show the issue.
