pcbnew: plot gerber invalid first init of Use aux axis flag

Current branch 5.1.
If in new project try to plot gerber files then 'Use aux axis' flag used as unchecked but in GUI is checked (you shouldnt touch this flag to represent this bug).

@jp-charras If you try to plot gerber you have plot relative to main axis. But UI shows that should be used aux axies. This is true if you dont touch flag to use aux axis in a new created project.
