New footprint library not alphabetical in drop down

If one creates a footprint library from within the footprint editor the new library does not show up alphabetically within the save as pop up window for selecting the library you want to save your new footprint in. A minor issue that only caused confusion for a moment.

They are alphabetical but some are case-sensitive and some are not. This is confusing and we should fix it.
