"NeutronTrunks.boot_server" Test cases doesn't support "boot_server_kwargs"

Bug Description

Neutron Trunk test cases involving VM only support image and flavor and doesn't support other params for VM creation like Availability_zone.
Affected test cases are:
1) NeutronTrunks.boot_server_and_add_subports
2) NeutronTrunks.boot_server_with_subports
3) NeutronTrunks.boot_server_and_batch_add_subports

Its support should be added in the form of boot_server_kwargs or boot_server_args

why did you file this bug for networking-midonet?
networking-midonet doesn't support trunk extensions.
