bitmap2component: full layer selection export

Bug Description

The new bitmap2component "Export to Clipboard" feature is good: it makes generation of custom image much faster than going though the export/import footprint file.

But it lacks an important feature: selection of any layers.
Currently, only F.Silk, F.Mask, Eco1, Eco2 are available (see attached screenshot)

Many times, I need to make custom logo on B.Silk, F.Cu, etc...
The process is then to "Export to Clipboard", paste it in a text editor, change the layer, copy it and paste it again in PCBNew.

It would be great to have all layers available.
