Bug Description
Evergreen 3.2.4
If a blank line exists in a file of barcodes, uploading into item status fails. The console shows this error:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'index' of undefined
at fetch_next_copy (app.js:343)
at app.js:352
at f.$digest (vendor.
at f.$apply (vendor.
at FileReader.
The upload process should ignore blank lines in barcode text files

Is this the same issue as bug 1813954 / bug 1798187? (the latter has a signed off pullrequest, the former has been marked as a duplicate).
