Bug Description

Binary package hint: libfile-spec-perl

While installing libfile-spec-perl, I've been notified about a bug reported in Debian:
Both libfile-spec-perl and libpathtools-perl do ship
``/usr/share/man/man3/File::Spec::VMS.3pm.gz' but do neither conflict nor add a
diversion, thus fail to be installed in the same environment.

Both packages appear to be the same and Debian handled this bug by having scheduled libpathtools-perl for removal (see the Debian bug for more details)

The solution for Ubuntu seems to be just syncing the new libfile-spec-perl source package.
But because it build-depends on the new debhelper 6, this needs to be merged first. I'm marking this sync request as "in process" until then.

Debian changelog since last synced version in Ubuntu:
libfile-spec-perl (3.2501-3) unstable; urgency=low
   * Drop (>= 0.19) from libmodule-build-perl Build-Dependency oldstable has
     0.26 and versioned B-D breaks building with perl-modules 5.10 (which
     includes Module::Build)
   * add ppport.h licensing/copyright to debian/copyright
