Cleanup patch for plural forms in po-files

Added correct Plural-Forms line to many po-files and fixed some plural-bugs in it.po,tr.po,zh_CN.po
We have 60 different po-files btw. this was a lot of work.

**Please check if the changes in it.po are okay, because i don't understand italian language.**

Yes, Italian is ok (except a minor glitch which was my fault in origin and will fix after this patch).
Moreover, are you sure that those are proper Plural-Forms lines for each lang?

Why did you change tr and zh_CN? Are you sure that they are valid in those languages?
It looks like gtranslator is messing up my .po for plurals :(

If everything it's okay, please go ahead and commit (or did you need me to commit?).

Yes, i am quite sure that those plural forms were wrong for these languages. I changed now in my last patch the plural form of hu.po, which is also only one plural form. Seems like many translators don't even know if their language has plurals. There is a list in the internet, where i was able to see the right settings for some languages.

Please try poedit to edit your file instead of gtranslator.

I need you to commit it, because i have no commit rights(which i don't want).

There was a pending hu update, which was incompatible with your patch. I preferred and applied that one, so it reverted your hu.po changes.
Can you please redo that part of your diff against latest SVN? The rest of the patch is gone fine.

This patch includes my changes on hu.po and tr.po

in this patch, i removed all traces of plural forms like msgstr [0] and msgid_plural. Also the old cruft (translated strings, which are not used anymore) at the end of those files was removed by me.

I have seen, that the plurals of dz.po seem wrong too, but i will change it after release of 0.46 and a talk with the last translator of it.

patch against tr.po or else it will not cleanly apply! I am new to this patching stuff.
