Just don't travel to previous page anywhere. >:]

Furthermore interaction with scrollbar might break something (.../ubuntu/
which leaves only viable scrolling options
Page Up and Page Down.
* delete browser image cache if you accidentally press scrollbar and restart browser

Description of problem:
If you reach end of text it is not advisable to hit
Page Down or vice versa (if you reach top do not hit Page Up).
Similarly do not change direction with these keys.

What is responsible for Page Up/Page Down navigation?
How reproducible:
always (anywhere you can navigate with Page Up/Down)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. reach end of text
2. hit Page Down
1. start moving with Page Down
2. change direction with Page Up
Actual results:
stuff gets slower
Expected results:
Page Up/Down does not affect speed in any way.
