Angular: the filename of CSV grid downloads is always named disabled.csv

Bug Description

I could see this being offputting. evergreenGrid.csv or something similar would be a more recognizable filename.

1) Go to Cataloging > Match Import/Export
2) Go to the Record Match Set grid
3) If you don't already have a record match set grid, create a new one.
4) Click the gear icon for the column picker/grid options menu.
5) Click Download Full CSV -- note that the file is named disabled.csv

Hi Jane, I'm unable confirm this bug. I'm getting CSV files with names like "cat.vandelay.match_set.list.csv" and (from another interface) "cat.vandelay.queue.bib.csv".

Tested in Chrome and Firefox in 2 different environments.

Reviewing the code, I do see some possibility of a race condition with the file name, though. (The CSV downloads logic is a link hinky...). Maybe experiment with the the timeouts in grid-toolbar.component.ts / generateCsvExportUrl() and see if it has any impact?

I am also not able to reproduce this on Master circa 3.8.

Following Jane's steps, the download file name is cat.vandelay.match_set.list.csv.

Marking this Won't Fix.
