eeschema: Choose Footprint window going under its parent window

After opening Symbol Properties -> (Footprint) -> Footprint Library Browser -> (Select Footprint To Browse) -> Choose Footprint, and then making some other window to be on top (eg. by switching desktops or clicking on the desktop or elsewhere), when going back to eeschema, the Choose Footprint Window gets hidden under the Footprint Library Browser and cannot be brought to front. In 6.0 the Footprint Browser supports filtering so there no longer is a second-level Choose Footprint option.

This bug is too risky to fix in 5.1.
