Ctrl+W closes actually opened window

This is annoying especially when changing track width in pcbnew.

This can be overrided "Standard shortcuts can be assigned to other actions if the standard action is not available." but nevertheless increasing and decreasing currently routed track hotkey cannot be changed. Now it is W for increasing (moving in predefined track widths down) and Shift-W for decreasing (moving in predefined track widths up).

Good catch. I've added Next/PrevTrackWidth and Next/PrevViaSize to the hotkeys list (and edit table in Preferences).
