Bug Description
Evergreen 3.3
The option "Renew With Specific Due Date" in Items Out does not include the due date time picker for use with hourly loans.
The "Edit Due Date" option does include the due date time picker and can be used temporarily as a workaround but is not ideal as this option does not reduce the remaining renewals for the check out, generate new circulation statistics, or generate additional notices.

Continues to be an issue in 3.9 for renewing hourly loans.
